The investigation into Heath Ledger’s untimely death has been closed due to lack of evidence, according to mtv.com.

And we guess nobody is happier than actress/famous twin Mary-Kate Olsen, who was about to be subpoenaed to testify in front of a grand jury about the late actor’s drug use and the time leading up to his death.

Olsen and Ledger were good friends and she was in fact the first person called after his lifeless body was discovered in his apartment in January.

The amputation rumor is false…  LaBeouf’s pinky isn’t going anywhere!

LaBeouf’s rep Melissa Kates says the Star Magazine article claiming that the 22-year-old Indiana Jones star had informed his Transformers producers that he needed to have his pinky finger amputated, isn’t true at all.

It’s a “completely fabricated story,” Kates said to E! News yesterday.

LaBeouf injured his hand in a car accident last month, after which he was arrested for DUI.

R&B singer Usher has re-hired his mommy as his manager after his lates album didn’t do so well.

Usher’s latest album sold just about 430,000 copies during the first week, which was nothing compared to his album “Confessions” which sold more than 1 million copies.

The singer ended his professional relationship with his mother and her record label earlier this year, according to online reports, but now she seems to be back on the star’s payroll again.

So it’s true then, mother always knows best…

Britney Spears might star in Quentin Tarantino’s next movie as a killer lesbian stripper, according to telegraph.co.uk.

“Quentin is convinced Britney will be brilliant. She’s delighted. She thinks it could turn her career around. It is perfect Tarantino material. He wanted to get Britney first. She’s playing the most important character,” said a source.

The new movie is a remake of Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill! from 1965.
